Refund policy

At CARVAAN, we take quality seriously and want you to shop with confidence. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Damaged or Broken Items (At Delivery)
  • If you receive a damaged, broken, or leaking perfume, you must:

    • Inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel

    • Share clear pictures and/or an unboxing video showing the damage

  • Once verified, the product will be eligible for return or replacement

  • Claims without proper evidence may not be accepted

2. Returns After Delivery (Within 14 Days)
  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order only if:

    • The product is undamaged

    • At least 85% of the perfume quantity is unused

    • The bottle, cap, and packaging are in original condition

  • Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the return will be processed accordingly

3. Non-Returnable Cases
  • Used products with less than 85% quantity remaining

  • Products returned after 14 days

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

  • Returns without prior approval

4. Important Notes (Perfume-Specific)
  • Due to the personal nature of perfumes, slight variation in scent preference is not considered a valid reason for return

  • We recommend reading product descriptions carefully before ordering
